I am a qualified researcher, consultant and data-analyst in plant sciences and greenhouse technology. Typically I work for the commercial horticulture industry in the sector ‘covered crops’ aka ‘indoor crops’, which often involves hydroponic growing methods. My special interests are greenhouse climate control and energy efficiency. I am based in the Bay of Plenty in New Zealand, and work via my business, Crophouse Ltd (since 1998). I am sometimes open for new projects, in particular smaller computer-based studies. Also, kiwifruit (post-harvest quality).
