I play a key role in developing the British Heart Foundation’s email marketing programmes. Helping departments across the organisation to evaluate their email marketing performance and provide support and guidance to the BHF’s email content network, helping teams improve email engagement. As well as working on email automation and customer data strategy. Also I line manage the Email Marketing Executive overseeing their workload and ensuring they are motivated, supported and developed.

Responsible for all email communications for the group’s UK and international businesses (Buyagift, Zonaregalo, Regaliideali, Coolcadeau). Ownership of revenue and engagement KPIs, eRFM strategy, activation & reactivation initiatives.

Developing and implementing an eCRM programme to ensure high levels of customer engagement and managing one direct report

Developing and driving multi-channel CRM strategy to meet revenue targets, increase customer engagement and generate key business insights.

Create and deploy all customer-facing emails, managing the day to day marketing email production processes both internally and with email agency.Plan email schedule to take full advantage of all commercial opportunities and determine the best customer data selection for campaigns.Responsible for reporting on campaign, product and customer KPI results to share with the business and generate learnings.Manage eCRM projects and assist strategy as required. Working with wider Marketing teams to ensure that the email channel is utilised.
