As a HR specialist I participate in process of hiring new workers, maintaining policies and HR records, I am included in examining employee satisfaction, handling employee concerns and payroll tasks. With BBI Academy, which we lead with the goal of education and training of employees, I am trying to always bring new ideas and make the learning process more creative and inovative.We make contacts with a large number of great speakers, our honor was to host Nobel Prize winner, prof. Muhammad Yunus as lecturer at BBI Academy. Also, I am working on team motivation, conflict resolution, employee training outside of BBI Academy and career development. Different generations of employees require a different approach and therefore I try to approach every employee in the right way. As HR Soecialist at Bosna Bank International I am responsible for recruiting and staffing logistics;organizational planning; performance management and improvement systems;organization development; employment and compliance ​to regulatory concerns and reporting;employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation.

This role was an University internship and position, as every other position which came later, was closely related to communication with people, especially with people who overcame social difficulties. In this role I have been working informational interviews with patients suffering from psychological disorders such as shizophrenia, depression, perturbation of personality, behavioral syndromes caused by physiological disorders,, juvenile and single mothers.The aim of the interviews was to provide social support, more precisely, to find out more about the patient's social and mental condition, in order to give a professional opinion and thus determine the further treatment of the patient. Based on the collected data, I informed the appropriate institutions for social care for further treatment of patients after treatment at the University Clinical Center Koševo. Also I have worked on the procedure of disposal of abandoned infants and children, including field work and finding relatives (potential caregivers).Together with the hospital staff, I have led and prepared plans of work support groups for patients.
