Novartis decided to split Sandoz off. Due to the spin off, the Cross-divisional QA team was split up. Operational and Quality Management Systems is now managed in one team.

I work in the cross-divisional quality departement of Novartis Pharma and Sandoz in the Netherlands as a Quality Manager and QP. As part of the operational team I perform releases for commercial and investigational medicines. Specialties are Deviation handling, Medical Devices and process improvement.

As a Senior QA compliane officer I oversee several important projects, like Project Manager within the companies Program of implementation of GAPIII WHO guidlines to contain Polio and Project Manager of a Green Belt program to improve the Change Control process.Next to these projects I am advising within the company for Risk Management and GMP training.
