Certified International Trade & Logistics Professional and holder of a Bilingal Master Business & International Trade, a Master of Management & Business Administration, a Bachelor of Marketing & Commercial Development, and an Associate Degree in transportation & logistics, I have been working at Maersk Line for 8 years before joining Eramet Senegal in September 2017 as the Logistics, Supply Chain & Shipping Superintendent before being promoted as Port Activities HOD.With my ten years of experience in these two large companies, I have been managing different team and I have learned a great deal in leadership, shipping, logistics Purchasing & Procurement, HSE management, Contract Management, vendor performance management, stakeholders Management, Supply chain, terminal management, Project Management, Customer experience, Safety drive, rail & trucking activities… My ability to negotiate with stakeholders, work as a team player and focus on meeting deadlines, along with my natural enthusiasm and optimism have all contributed to the success in my journey in my respective companies.
