Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the origination and collection processes of the Lenders, as well as the quality on the loan files.Responsible for writing the credit policy and set of core business and underwriting guidelines that will serve as the basis of our business.Responsible of evaluating the origination data of any loan that does not comply with the Guidelines and determine if the certificate should be issued based on the risk associated.Responsible for analyzing the characteristics of any new product in order to evaluate and determine the viability of being incorporated to the authorized products for insurance.Responsible for all the activities related to audits: Scheduling, Planning, Coordination, Logistics, Sample preparation, arrangements with Lenders, Risk criteria to be utilized, analysis of the results and preparation of the report.Responsible for building and handling databases, controls and documentation (bad practices, fraud incidence, flawed credit policy, etc.) helpful in preventing our business to fall victim of bad practices or adverse selectionResponsible for evaluating the early payment default claims. The analysis consists in the verification of the loan file documentation, as well as the information related to employment relationship.

In charge of an underwriting team, which review the loan’s origination process in order to grant them the SHF Guaranty Certificate, based on the SHF´s Underwriting Guidelines.Part of the team who created and has improved the SHF’s Underwriting Guidelines.Part of the team who evaluated the Origination and Servicing process of the Sofoles registered before SHF.
