Next to finishing my Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, I worked as marketing employee. During this period I was responsible for customer acquisition and acquiring publicity. The company is an outsourcing service provider in software development and accounting activities. I also gained international working experience by working at location in Pune, India.

At a customer contact centre I was responsible for answering questions of clients concerning their internet/phone/tv connection. First as an agent in telemarketing, thereafter at the e-mail department. After one year also responsible for aswering questions of other telemarketeers as a Senior Agent. Extra assignment conducted was a research in customer satisfaction and analyzing by making use of SPSS.

As a telemarketeer I was responsible for cold calling to leads and making appointments for account managers. Telemarketing activities involved financial products, for example mortgages and stock leasing.
