My role as project manager for the Revenue Management Department included:Agile Workflow:- Creation of the RM agile workflow within Asana.  - Creating and maintaining user stories to prioritize each sprint.  - Collaborating with all stakeholders on each task.  - Demoing completed tasks within the sprints.  - Understanding our backlog, how long tasks stay on the backlog and making sure backlog items are prioritized in future sprints. Tracking and Reporting:- Accountable for keeping the team apprised as to the status of roadmap tasks through tracking in Asana, Google Sheets and other mediums. Communication with other Departments:- Communicate with other departments such as Operations, IT, Product and Data to know what is in their backlogs and how their priorities affect our own tasks within the agile workflow. Project Managed:- Improve and shorten Revenue Management training for new and existing employees.

My role as a Business Development Analyst involved:• Managing, researching and maintaining data quality. • To manage the validity, termination and expiry periods of internal and external contracts. • Conducting market research and feedback information to the Head of Business Development for potential growth and new business opportunities. This included competitor pricing for ancillaries and keeping up to date on competitor movements. • Analysing and report on data of each partnership of past, present and future sales. This included channels, partners and payment methods. • Reporting on data for all ancillaries of past, present and future sales. This included Revenue Sharing partnerships and Cargo ancillary revenue. • Extracting Metasearch stats and report to Metasearch Agencies for invoicing. • Ensuring action items, deliverable dates and notes are kept and distributed when meeting with partners. • Ensuring the Partner and Channel Calendar is updated with planned campaigns and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery and dates are met. Indicate campaign performance in Monthly reporting for respective partners. • Ensuring the detailed information for Revenue Sharing Partners are obtained monthly and that Recons for each partner is performed and signed off. • Managing all website content and website related campaigns.
