National Retail Account Manager
CurrentMy position as National Retail Account Manager entails the complete sales management cycle and scheduling of all activities required to engage with existing clients and the acquisition of new clients. I am responsible for all strategic partnerships and overall health status of the customer to ensure overall satisfaction with Verifone services.Current customers include:Absa, Payment 24, Shoprite Checkers, PnP, Mr Price Group, PEPKOR, Woolworths and BP Key responsibilities: - Measure customer satisfaction and coordinate with other internal teams to implement improvements - Facilitation and coordination with various internal groups for tracking, oversight, and issue resolution for repair and deployment, as well as other account administrative items - Manage the overall status of repairs, hardware quality, and other key metrics - Manage key accounts in the retail and fuel sectors, ensuring our full range of services and products are delivered to market - Ensure ongoing support and reporting needs are well-defined and meet customer expectations - Handle daily account activity - Tracks open customer issues with engineering as part of run and maintain project management - Provides & reviews service metrics around our solutions - Manages existing revenue streams & partners with sales to identify new revenue opportunities - Non-technical/administrative project management tasks during engineering project engagement - Quarterly Business Reviews
