Provide Intensive Services to Veterans with significant barriers to employment, with priority of service to (1) Special Disabled Veterans (2) Other Disabled Veterans (3) Other Eligible Veterans, in accordance with established priorities, to ensure mandated emphasis is provided as required under the Jobs for Veterans Act, as evidenced by meeting performance measures and goals IAW USC title 38.
