• Responsible for data entry & ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data entered into Canyon Ranch’s Human Resource Information System and Service Provider System (Concept). Assists the HRIS team with implementation of new technology-driven processes.• Processes all hires, changes of status, terminations, employee benefits, licenses/certifications, training records and other related records that are maintained within the HRIS or other HR systems.• Validates various data entered by the payroll department (i.e. tax data, direct deposit, etc.).• Files mandatory new hire reporting to government agencies.• Processes through vendor websites all medical, dental & vision insurance enrollments, changes and terminations.• Processes all Concept Grid Sheets which includes qualifications, commissions, rates & retail commissions into the Concept & Concept POS systems. Adds new staff members and updates separated staff members in system.• Issues all weekly/monthly/annual reports as scheduled, ensuring that confidentiality requirements are maintained.

• Point of contact for all room needs for Group Leaders and attendees• Responsible for the input of rooming lists & transportation needs for Group Sale's guests.• Answering and regularly interacting with dozens of Group Leaders & Guests while maintaining a high level of customer service.• Weekly reporting of rooms booked and/or contracted for Group Sales Department.• Responsible for writing and coordinating contracts with Sales Managers & Group Leaders.• Daily processing of Group & Individual deposits.• Assisting with the coordination of any additional/administrative special requests.

• Responsible for creating all group blocks• In charge of building all Group & CMP packages• Point of contact for all room needs for Group Leaders and attendees• Maintaining accurate budget and goal numbers for Resort Reservations• Responsible for all travel agents and commissions• Daily bookings of multiple accommodations, dining reservations, spa appointments, & tee times• Answering phones and regularly interacting with dozens of guests while maintaining a high level of customer service. Also assisting with the coordination of any additional special requests.

• In charge of updating availability, rates, packages of online reservation system • Technical trainer for new employees• Responsible for all travel agents and commissions• Daily bookings of multiple accommodations, dining reservations, spa appointments, & tee times• Answering phones and regularly interacting with dozens of guests. Also assisting with the coordination of any additional special requests.

• Dispatcher for all housekeeping & maintenance calls/requests• Primary phone greeter and re-directed calls accordingly via switchboard

• Point of contact and serviced multiple restaurant and retail accounts• Delivery of fresh produce to clients 6 days a week.
