Structured Finance - Securitization:In a context of high exposure of the bank's book of outstanding loans to counterparty risk, I was in charge of :- The financial engineering of an Asset Backed Securities SPV with a value of MAD 0.5 Bn- The analysis of the impact of securitization on the market value of the company (Medium and Long term Perspective)- The preparation of arguments and explanations pleading for the need of securitization to keep the stock attractive to shareholders

Securities Services and Institutional Investors Department:- Context: following Kerviel's scandal in 2008, SOCIETE GENERALE SECURITIES SERVICES started a long process of reviewing its internal process and mapping the potential operating risks that might emerge from its securities' operations,- In Morocco, SGSS didn't have a subsidiary. nevertheless, the Securities Services and Institutional Investors' department had to review its process according to SGSS' new guidelinesInternship did consist in: - Financial Risk analysis. - Operational and Regulatory risk mapping.
