By consistently demonstrating strong leadership skills, I have directed all aspects of the cybersecurity operations for the largest Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) in Wyoming.My most notable accomplishments are listed below:• Established a robust cybersecurity strategy and architecture for managing the security and privacy of all corporate assets and information.• Built the Cybersecurity Division from ground up by developing effective business plans for new product lines and service offerings including Compliance as a Service (CaaS), security assessments, penetration testing, NIST assessments.• Leveraged strong client engagement and presentation skills to close major contracts with managed services clients.• Positioned the company as a leader and expert in cybersecurity by launching a novel cybersecurity stack product based on NIST framework to all managed services clients.• Created posts, news BLOGs, and educational videos for the company website and multiple social media platforms• Drove the cybersecurity governance program, including creation of security policies, standards, and guidelines for risk tolerance.• Created and executed a formal security communications and awareness program to continuously educate employees, contractors, and clients on cybersecurity, risk tolerance, and compliance issues.• Served as a security liaison for all client businesses and functions to understand implications of cyber security policies and standards and their consistent application to ensure a safe and secure enterprise ecosystem.• Built and nurtured external networks consisting of customers, industry peers, ecosystem partners, vendors, and other relevant parties to address common trends, best practices, lessons learned, incidents and cybersecurity risks.
