My responsibility has been to create, develop and maintain the business, operating models and processes around the business of continuous services in an interdisciplinary way, touching the entire organization from marketing to sales, implementing and producing services as well as developing and optimizing services. I work as part of an extended management team.Two different units (~15 people) reports to me, the project office and the service management office, which are responsible for:- Customer satisfaction- Providing continuous services- Implementation-, change- and development projects- Several processes cutting across the entire organization, such as change management

As a service manager, I was responsible for the service of named customers, customer development and change portfolios, contracts and customer satisfaction. In terms of operator services, I was fully responsible for the production, development, pricing and quality of that service package.

Reilun vuoden määräaikainen projekti, Team City Challenge 2018 kokosi yli 1200 henkeä viettämään joukkueiden välistä seikkailupäivää Tampereelle. Kyseessä oli kaupunkiseikkailu, jossa oli mahdollista suorittaa 38 erilaista rastia esimerkiksi kiipeilystä traktorin vetoon tai pallomerisukelluksesta Tampereen keskustorilla päättelytehtäviin ja vesijetteilyyn. Kilpailu koostui viidestä eri sarjasta ja sarjojen parhaat palkittiin huippuartistien tähdittämissä päätösjuhlissa.Tehtävänäni oli kertätä ja johtaa 7 hengen johtoryhmää ja auttaa heidän tiimejään kohti vuoden 2018 tapahtumaa. Tapahtumaviikonloppuna vapaaehtoisia järjestäjiä oli mukana yli 120 henkeä.
