Co-designed, implemented, and evaluated school-based program model during proof of concept / pilot phase for Penn GSE M.S.Ed capstone project as partner to co-founders. Subsequently co-developed and implemented go-to-market strategy to scale program. Supported program administration, managed digital channels for acquisition and engagement (i.e., email and paid search via AdWords), and represented organization at community and sponsor partner events. Bridges to Wealth (B2W) is an innovative financial empowerment program designed for students, their families, and other community stakeholders. B2W aims to increase the wealth-generating capabilities of families living in underserved neighborhoods. B2W currently operates in 6 schools, as well as in several community centers and churches across Philadelphia, where 2.7K+ participants have benefited from the free adult business literacy program and investing club.

Designed curricula and taught high school math courses (i.e., Algebra I & II, Geometry and Pre-Calculus) to students in grades 9-12
