From my first experience in a company, the QHSE gets my attention and tempted me. As a new area/domain for me, I find out that the QHSE gives a place in the company’s interests to the worker’s well-being and safety, and the environment in the same way of economic interests. Meanwhile the philosophy of QHSE is based on the Deming wheel, and I find out that this is exactly my philosophy in life, because since an earlier age I have always had the common sense of planning and this desire and motivation to improve things in every project.In my point of view the QHSE domain thought about everything, and everything means to me: Firstly, in the QHSE workers are the company’s first wealth; no works no business! But beyond the social aspect, safety and health policy have a positive impact on the company’s image and reputation. Secondly the environment, besides the environmental regulation, the market become more and more sensitive about the question of environment and climate change, also being eco-friendly in the new tendency, otherwise mastering the environmental impacts means also managing gaz, electricity and water waste which has an economical benefits. Finally the quality, the economic performance today is bended to customer satisfaction.The world and the world of business are changing; the companies are facing these changes with more customer demands, more competition in the market, and the strictness of environmental, health and safety regulations and laws. In order to survive, the companies had the QHSE as a solution, because the global QHSE policy allow the company to improve while being complied with the regulations and customers demand without putting the company’s workers, environment or reputation in danger.
