Providing Strategic Capability Development Program for Revamp Project;Ensuring appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in place during operation period; Incorporating advanced technologies to Human Resources process within Project; Analyzing the manpower planning for new technologies and develop staff training procedures in communication with the new units;Working closely with licensors to understand the main technical and behavioral competency requirements needed to effectively run the units;Actively working with licensors to coordinate training packages for the technologies to be applied at HAOR;Working in close contact with PMC to prepare strategies of identifying and developing learning programs for high-potentials;Continuosly support EPC/EPCM/PMC to maximize the hiring process for qualified local professionals.

Developing HR strategies mainly directed towards Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance ManagementPlanning the staff both for construction and operation periodConducting role-specific needs analysis and identify capability gaps in order to ensure trainings matching business requirements of the company and enhance efficiencyScheduling and providing annual training plan for the staffPreparing training matrix and training calendar for the year Preparing and continuously updating HR policies and procedures in line with business objectives of OGPCCounseling managers in personnel practices and policies with regard to employment law and SOCAR’s internal policies o Administering labor agreements
