Currently Project Managing the Federation's MIS Technology Change Project which involves the implementation of a new core banking software(SaveLoanSmart) to replace current banking software (Ultracs3) as well as the implementing Attache accounting software simultaneously for Savings and Loan Societies in PNG that are members of FESALOS' MIS Bureau. In line with the MIS Technology Change Project, I am also taking the lead role in overseeing and successfully implementing various IT operations improvement sub-projects to complement the overall Technology Change project implementation which includes data center infrastructure improvements to server and network hardware improvements, backup and disaster recovery implementation and incorporating these processes and procedures into an overall IT policy and Business Continuity Plan documentation for the Federations MIS operations to make the MIS Bureau more efficient, effective and secure in the services it offers to it's member Savings and Loan Societies in PNG.

As Director of the company since 2010, I have been involved in providing strategic advice and support to the Management in the operations of company which saw it diversify from being a building and construction company to a civil construction company. I was also instrumental in assisting the company in securing various building and road construction projects from both the Government of PNG and donor agencies.I was also requested to take on a more hands on involvement in the operations of the company as the Administration Manager overseeing the Admin/HR, IT and Operational matters of the company. Directly supervised and managed a team of twenty key administration and project support staff across three (3) branches ensuring all project sites were given the necessary administrative and operational support to ensure projects were delivered within project schedule and budget allocation.

Consulting as the Project Manager for the FESALOS' Technology Change Project involving the migration of 8 Savings & Loans Societies (S&L) from the current Ultracs 3 core banking software to the SaveLoanSmart and Attache accounting software. Managing the project implementation tasks involving the simultaneous migration, training, UAT and Go-Live for 8 S&L's whom are members of the FESALOS MIS Bureau. Project value of K4.4 million.Also assisting with leading and providing technical advise for various IT operations improvment sub-projects ranging from offsite DR and Backup process setup and automation, website upgrade, custom SQL report development and cyber security improvment.

Technical Support - Provide Abacus Banking Software support to clients primarily in Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Tonga, East Timor, Indonesia as well as select Fern Software clients elsewhere in Nicaragua and Jordan.- SQL database installation, configuration and support- SQL and Crystal Reports development - General network and PC support on issues affecting successful operation of the Banking, Credit Union or Micro-finance software - Help file authoring and publishingProject Management- Oversee and manage software implementations across various sites in Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Tonga and East Timor- Business process mapping and software configuration to meet business requirements- Data migration of client data- User acceptance testing coordination and supervision- Conduct software training for users- Post software implementation support

Mine Site IT Support/Administration- Administration of site based servers and software's ranging from File, Print, Email (Exchange 2003 & 2007), Active Directory, Backup Exec and Trend Micro Corporate Antivirus- Server and PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance including Tandberg Backup tape drive installation and management, Lenovo PC and laptop repairs and printer/multifunctional device installation and maintenance.- Level one support of network infrastructure such as Cisco network access control devices, Cisco switch management and Cisco VOIP phone installation and support.- Mine site Local Area Network/VLAN installation and support including CAT5/6 and Fibre Optic cabling - Assist with SCADA PLC software installation and configuration- SURPAC Mine software installation and support- Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support to mine site users

IT Operations Supervision- Coordinate and manage IT support tasks from the the Bank's 17 branches across Papua New Guinea- Installation and Administration of core banking servers running Windows Server 2003 and 2008 including SQL 2008 server administration and support- Coordinate and install IT infrastructure set-up for various new branches for the Bank across Papua New Guinea- Assisted in Wide Area Network improvements for the bank across its branches across Papua New Guinea- Provide level 1 support to core banking software - Coordinate IT equipment procurement and distribution to the Bank's branches.
