Establishment of an integrated accounting system for the company, where the jobin company was received after five months of its inception and company did not operate an accounting system- Using Excel and SAGE 50 program, the organization - the accounts management and the accounting system were fully organized.- Follow up opened Jobs order starting from receiving LPO and submit quotations then after job closed making invoices plus delivery note then follow with the customers for payment.- Visit defaulting customers and discuss appropriate payment methods.- Finishing company registration in the Federal Tax Authority. - Follow up customer and supplier accounts and VAT.

Responsibilities:- Control daily sales cycle including receiving goods, sales rep’s loading, van offload, items receiving and storage.- Receiving cash and checks from sales representative and make daily deposit in bank.- Daily Excel Sheet balance of goods in the warehouse.- Recording the invoices using (Sales Tools) software and Excel.- Recording daily journals, accounting books, closing accounts, and financial statements in accounting excel sheet.- Monthly sales analyses chart for customers, sales representative and achieved target.

Responsibilities:Auditing financial statements of the industrial, commercial and services companies including daily journals, daily accounting books, closing accounts, financial statements and application of MS Excel.
