Perform month-end and year-end close processes; Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, Statement ofchanges in equity);Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage;Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage andefficiency;Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
