URBN Limited is an integrated real estate development company that designs and builds construction projects of any complexity, from simple housing communities to the most complex smart cities.At URBN, I was responsible for the promotion of Crescent Bay — first-of-a-kind mixed-use development in Baku; a regionally unique combination of an ultra-luxury hotel, office, residence, and shopping mall; the most ambitious and visible project in Azerbaijan, the Caucasus, and the CIS.I also promoted URBN’s portfolio of real estate projects, appealing to specific, sophisticated audiences in various markets.

As the Managing Director at McCann Baku, I led a team of 6 management-level direct reports and launch award-winning campaigns for multi-billion-dollar organizations. A few of my key achievements included hiring key leaders, organizing the team structure, and building the Digital and Events departments from the ground up. I continually focused on strengthening McCann Baku’s brand image by engaging target audiences via social media, networking events, and other creative avenues. My clients included Coca-Cola, Samsung, Toyota, Mastercard, Unilever, Bakcell, Nar, and several others.

As the Creative Director, I was responsible for the agency’s core business. I oversaw the creative process, planned and delivered communication campaigns for a broad range of clients, and led a high-performing team consisting of 10 direct reports. A couple of my key accomplishments in this role include streamlining the Creative Department’s organizational structure by forming small teams dedicated to specific clients which maximized performance, and becoming the first organization in Azerbaijan to develop local communication campaigns from the ground up for major global brands like Coca-Cola, Unilever and Mastercard.

I led all aspects of graphic design, from conception to completion and supervised a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators and 3rd party vendors and project members. Additionally, I participated in creative concept development as a part of an internal, cross-functional team. A few of our clients included: Unilever, Nestlé, Mastercard, Siemens Mobile, Azercell, Ateshgah, Fujitsu Siemens, AzTech, and SAF.

As a graphic designer, I developed advertising, design materials, and participated in developing creative concepts with cross-functional teams. I supervised photographers and illustrators on associated projects.
