I'm interested in NLP technologies, with more implication in speech recognition applied to emerging countries.Currently, my work within Orange Innovation in Lannion (Brittany, France) focus on developing a localized voicebot solution for Sub-Saharan African countries. In my research project team, we want people to be able to interact in their native language with numeric contents. In that purpose, we think and create inclusive, responsible and localized vocal solutions for illiterate people benefit from high-tech.Deal with the multilingualism is the biggest technological challenge. In fact, the main locks are the choice of relevant languages in countries where multilingualism is king, in order to build a replicable solution, but also the development of multilingual models for the whole speech processing chain to be implemented.
