Corporate HSE Advisor - Provide health and safety specialist advice, technical and management support to the management team, project teams and Contractor Teams on-site. Review client HSE Management Plans, Emergency Response and Emergency Evacuation Plans, and the development of Lycopodium Plans to align with core client and EPCM project requirements. Develop and implement strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuries.Participate in Contractor tendering process, including review of contractor HSEMP’s, WRACS, permits and safety documents. Review and update all HSE procedures, guidelines, forms and permits in accordance with country WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and Standards.Kathleen Valley Project - Acting lead HSE Advisor for a Lithium Processing Plant construction plant in the Goldfields overseeing approximately 400 contractors from prominent companies such as Monadelphous, DIAB, WAY Electrical, Jagcor and Genus. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members for safety compliance, assurance activities and risk management. Prepare and present HSE initiatives and promotional material, liaising with line management, government departments and regulatory bodies. Spearhead WHS communications and stakeholder consultation at all organisational levels, both internally and externally. Monitor contractors’ WHS compliance through thorough inspections and audits, while providing support and assistance in risk management and incident investigations. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures tailored to project requirements. Conduct inductions and training for personnel to ensure awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Implement environmentally sound practices, including environmental audits , fauna interaction and implementing sustainability initiatives.
