For almost 20 years, I've been working in an intrapreneurial spirit with marketing/design agencies and their customers, mainly in the Premium and Luxury sectors. I have worked on trade marketing, global design and brand strategy issues, both operationally and as a consultant. In my last position as head of sales and strategy for a Branding by Design agency, I was in charge of the company's strategy and transformation. The word for 2024 will be "Transition": technological, societal, ecological... The ability of companies to innovate and transform themselves will be decisive for their future. This is the dynamic to which I am committing myself today, and to which I am taking a new step. To this end, in October 2024, I'm joining the "Sustainable Innovation by Design" master's program at the prestigious ENSCI for 1 year. My aim is to acquire the structure of thought, methods and tools of design to support one of the major players in the luxury goods industry on innovation issues, as an expert in sustainable innovation strategy through design. With this in mind, I'm now looking for a work-study position in Innovation/Transformation and/or CSR for September 2024 (3 days in the company, then 100% from April 2025).
