Indigo is a concept store (offline/online) created by Elodie & Kanchha, a French-Nepalese couple, based at the foot of Mont Blanc in the French Alps. We search for treasures, beautiful things from Asia (jewelery, singing bowls, slippers, decorative and meditation cushions, scarves, stationery, bags, tableware) mainly from Nepal to support our artisans and workshops there as much as possible, but also from Japan, India, Vietnam, and China.Our commitment is to work as much as possible with partners, suppliers and/or associations that are socially committed, in particular to the emancipation and training of women.Our conviction: to highlight voluntarily creators from the Pays du Mont-Blanc, photographers, painters & artisans to give them visibility. Created the overall TRAINING SYSTEM (from 1,200 to 30,000 collaborators) as well as "Carrefour China Institute", first training center for Carrefour in Asia, located in Shanghai that served stores all over China and welcoming 3,500 participants each year. I was managing a team of 25 persons full-time and coordinating 1,500 store trainers.Mission included:Define the yearly TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY Develop TRAINING PATHS for all levels & jobs up to Store DirectorsCreated & Managed TALENT POOLS for all management levels & HIGH POTENTIALS as well as designing and supervising training programs such as:• "Carrefour Mandarin": 1 year intensive training program conceive to give the basic principles of store management to future Store Directors: 15 modules. Most of Store Directors were Chinese. More than 100 persons attended this program under my direct supervision.• "Management Development Program" 6-months systematic integration program for Division Managers externally recruited.• "Executive Training Program" program for sales managers externally recruited
