We used processes, tools and techniques that nurture employees along their journey, so they naturally embrace new ways of working, and the IT project contributes to positive cultural change.• As Head of Business Change and Adoption my role was to lead a team of consultants, providing leadership and guidance, ensuring the right resources were assigned to projects in a timely manner, liaising with project sponsors to make sure deliverables were completed on time and to a high standard, delivering key elements on critical projects.• Business Change is evolving quickly so I was always trying to think ahead, working with appropriate experts within the team or more technical consultants from other departments to identify opportunities for improvements, update our methodology or create new offerings.• I was highly involved in pre-sales and very keen to promote change, using all opportunities to present in conferences, deliver webinars or contribute to marketing artefacts.• Content+Cloud was facing considerable changes going from one acquisition to another, having to adapt during Covid but also post-Covid. My role was to support HR and advise on appropriate activities to make sure any transformation process was a success.

In 2016, Content+Cloud launched their Business Change & Adoption department and I joined the team to build the methodology, start selling and deliver identified activities based on Prosci.As a consultant my role was to:• Conduct change assessments and produce the relevant change strategy outlining required activities.• Identify Personas through User Research, tailor the methodology and advise on the technology roadmap based on the findings.• Engage with Executive Sponsors and Business Managers to get their buy-in and make sure they understand how they will support the change.• Develop and lead a Change Network who will all work together to drive change across the organisation including coaching and mentoring.• Produce the necessary Change Plans to successfully contribute towards the customer's goals.• Create relevant and tailored training materials and deliver training as per the plan agreed with the client.• Articulate What to use When depending on User Research, the technology deployed, and the governance defined.• Provide white glove sessions to Senior Execs and their assistant(s).• Work with the Communications team and Change consultants to develop Communications strategy to deliver appropriate messaging to the business to motivate employees.• Plan, coordinate and facilitate launch support through different type of interventions.• Analyse usage report and data to track Adoption and make relevant recommendations for long-term success.

Early September 2015 LR launched their collaboration platform globally - platform built on SharePoint Online - and I've been brought in to set up their Centre of Excellence. My role was to define, document and implement the processes, governance, training and guidance needed so support can be delivered quickly and efficiently. Examples of processes were Site Creation Request, Site Ownership Change Request, Storage Request and Site Decommissioning. I was also involved in recruiting the right resources, leading the team and supporting the Intranet Manager in his day-to-day activities. I was providing expertise to their Connect Steering Committee to make sure they were following best practice when it came to Collaboration and SharePoint. Finally I was delivering training, consultancy and support to end-users all across the globe.

EY launched the M&C Program to migrate from Lotus Notes onto Microsoft’s messaging and collaboration tools such as Outlook, Lync and SharePoint 2013 (both in the Cloud and On-Premises). I integrated the collaboration team as a Senior Business Analyst to help provide end-to-end delivery for Release 2. Working alongside the project manager, the lead BA and other BAs I was responsible for workstreams such as Sites & Provisioning, Social & Community, Branding, Landing page and Non-Functional Requirements. My role was to build the foundation for the development effort by capturing the business context, facilitate sessions (10+ people) to help define scope and requirements during the lifecycle, manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team, play a critical communications role by interacting with users, developers and testing personnel, ensure the requirements are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested, make sure change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements and ensure that quality business analysis standards are met through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables.

As a Senior Business Analyst I was part of a global enterprise collaboration and social networking programme. Sponsored by the Group CIO this programme was intended to drive step change progress in enterprise collaboration across the group. I was responsible for delivery and design of the new market based 'employee-centric', multi-lingual global portal solution as well as other collaboration tools after analysis of the business requirements. Part of my role also consisted in pushing the SharePoint 2010 platform to its limits, embracing leading edge tools and social networking based approaches to organisational communication and knowledge sharing and finally challenging how the business interacts with employees.

I provide strategic analysis for clients, technology opportunities, benefits realisation and return on investment potential. I am part of an agile SharePoint project team alongside an administrator, designers, user experience architects, Partners, developers and testers on incremental and iterative development of SharePoint-focused technology solutions. I perform detailed analysis of business, information and user requirements, documenting the outputs and working with the team to ensure any requirements-related queries are answered. I have an active role in the Group Information Services team and communities (internal groups) to spread business, technical and project knowledge, to help improve best practices and to identify areas of IP reuse.

I was recruited as a senior business analyst for a number of very high profile global projects affecting 9000 staff across 391 offices in 28 countries. Consultant for 3 years I was initially working as a developer followed by positions in systems design and consultancy. I’ve worked on different projects for the following customers:

I was in charge of international projects in Document Management using FileNet and working with French, English, German and Spanish team. This consists in leading workshops with business project leaders to define their requirements regarding workflows, properties and security, writing a functional specification to detail requirements, estimating the workload, planning the project phase by phase, implementing the right settings to comply with the defined requirements, delivering the project for the acceptance tests, supporting the business during the UAT and deploying the solution in production environment.I was managing a team of 4 administrators and 3 business analysts. My role was first to train the business analysts so they understand the whole process and know the different tools and best practices we were using. Once they were autonomous I was advising them and supporting them if required. I also had to make sure every delivery to the business (workload estimation, documentation and software implementations) was correct and by reviewing their workload I could anticipate any under or overload. The 3 business analysts as well as the 4 administrators were reporting any issues coming from the business or their own experience to me. I was also collecting general business requirements and comments and searching solutions to improve the functionality of the system and to optimise processes so we could save time, reduce workload and improve quality.

I was recruited as a financial consultant to work on the modernization and reorganisation of the whole accountancy module of this insurance company. The main activity was to collaborate on a daily basis with the IT accountancy expert to identify each step of the whole process and to write retrospectively the functional specification documents. I then investigated the different possible scenarios to enhance the application and supported the project manager to define the workload for each of the scenarios.

I got in the IT team as a purchase and financial consultant to gather and analyze the business requirements for the Purchase and the Financial modules in JDE and Oracle. I was then writing the corresponding specification documents for the development team to perform the changes. I was also in charge of the user support for these domains.

I was leading the management of JDE evolution projects on Finance, Marketing and Purchase working with analyst programmers. My role consisted in collecting and analysing the business requirements, defining the functional specifications accordingly and handling the technical and functional management of up to 2 persons.I was also in charge of the purge of all account files and of the user training on JDE tools. I was dealing with the whole maintenance and user support on JDE for the Finance, Marketing and Purchase domains.

In parallel with Bacardi I was also responsible of the maintenance cell within Logica. This cell was managing JDE evolution projects on Finance and Logistics for different clients like Evian, Cinram or Universal. I was collecting and analysing the business requirements and transposing them into specification documents. The development was then done by analyst programmers I was overseeing. I was also conducting the user support for these clients by phone and I was participating in the management committees with the client to follow the project status.

I was recruited as an analyst to work on the Euro Conversion of JD. Edwards for European business units and I encompassed this conversion for Belgium and Germany. I also undertook the user support of an existing Purchase interface for European business units including 6 countries. Eventually I worked out the integrity of the fixed assets within the Financial module. This project involved the management of a development engineer I was working with.

I joined this project team to take care of the upgrade of JDE 7.3 from CUM 7 to CUM 10. Once this upgrade completed I was in charge with the technical maintenance, the customization and the user support on the Finance module. This involved working closely with the sales manager and the financial controller to understand their needs and their issues.
