I participate in weekly Site meetings with consultants and subcontractors taking down minutes on project progress. I manage and handle the day-to-day HR activities such as assisting in managing job applications, interviewing, hiring and preparation of payroll including benefits, leaves and bonuses as well as manage their queries. I process incoming Emails, phone calls too by answering them and redirecting them to the appropriate authorities. I also keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed. I'm highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft office with excellent written and verbal communication skill. My experience has enabled me to work with office equipment such as Printers, projectors, Scanners, Plotter machine, laminating machine and ensuring that these tools and equipment function effectively. My role here has made me very efficient in organizational skill and boost my confidence in people management and Leadership ensuring all office activities run in adherence to company policies and procedures.
