 Responsible to lead and utilize TRW GDPIM process (5S, 8D, lean manufacturing, PPAP) to ensure quality objectives are met or exceeded by assigned plants. Coordinated Internal and External Quality audits. Participate in team meetings (Design, Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R)) and corrective actions. Ensure assigned Plant Customer Concerns are being addressed with the appropriate corrective actions. Lead resolution of quality/design related issues and act as a liaison for the plant quality with regards design analysis, DV/PV issues, results and testing issue closure. Report internal electronics global quality concerns to all plants. Ensure that all customer requirements are adequately meat, interfacing with customers to resolve significant product and process quality issues. Lead and support plants on Customer Audits.

 Responsible to drive supplier efforts toward "Zero Defects" by implementing improved process controls, mistake proofing devices, and new initiatives as Control Ship (CSI, CSII), Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), and Cost Recovery currently all this ones being focus on external suppliers for our TRW plants. Ensure supplier PPAP and APQP techniques comply to TRW Global Supplier Quality Manual.  Enforce TRW's ISO/TS 16949: 2002 policies and procedures.
