Initiated by TTTech Auto, The Autonomous is a global community shaping the future of safe autonomous mobility.My responsibilities are:• Event Manager of The Autonomous Main Event: The Autonomous Main Event, held on-site at the Hofburg Imperial Palace in Vienna and virtually is an annual conference bringing together leading executives and experts of the autonomous mobility industry.-Organize The Autonomous Event with over 500 attendees and ensure professional event experiences in line with the innovative brand positioning-Design event agenda and innovative event formats-International Speaker Management and invitation Management -First point of contact for event suppliers (e.g., agency, logistics, hospitality, tech)-Budgeting and reporting • Project Manager of The Autonomous Innovation Stream: 2x Expert Circles and 1x Working Group -Coordination with the hosts and members -Plan and facilitate the virtual and in-person meetings, managing the production of the deliverables (e.g., report) • Support on the TTTech Auto Event activities
