Overseeing Resort Operations throughout the Winter Season. Managing a team of 34 staff, maintaining strong relationships with guests (50% returning clients), suppliers and chalet owners. Successfully closing down 15 chalet properties and handing back to the Chalet owners.Solely responsible for the logistical planning of resort – airport transfers, managing and delivering of in-resort logistics including; staffing, client requests and chalet needs. Manually processing up to 160 client ski pass requirements using a Partner intranet system. Administration of client’s payments both cash and card turning over an average of ½ million euros of ski passes per season.Pre-arrival concierge: Managing all client requirements prior to resort arrival including: restaurant bookings, dietary requests, providing advice on ski schools, childcare, private transfers and general resort specific information. Successfully distributing and communicating this information to the Resort Team. Transfer/Logistical Planning and Organisation for approx. 320pax departing/arriving in resort each week. Booking of all airport transport and the main point of contact for all suppliers. Managing the accounting for all lift pass sales and paying invoices of around 30-40k per week. Previous roles included: Chalets Manager, Resort Representative and Social Media Reporter. -
