I have become an integral part of the Trade Marketing Team at Charlotte Tilbury, where I now lead on our Speciality and Pureplay accounts from a Marketing POV. Leading on SpaceNK, ASOS, Cult Beauty, Sephora and Net-A-Porter, I ensure all of our NPD launches have 5* marketing campaigns through digital, OOH and experiential activations while maintaining strong retailer relationships. I work alongside a variety of departments to achieve this including Commercial, PR, Retail and Supply Chain giving me a wide variety of experience managing multiple accounts. I have had the opportunity to lead on skincare NPD launches where I’ve been required to lead by example and manage various departments to ensure we met deadlines and launch a successful 360 campaign on time.

• A key member of the direct and digital marketing team where I worked within a large team to track and continuously improve the Dyson digital experience while working with various stakeholders around the globe, building relationships, and collaborating. • Ensured the successful launch of the Edge tool, (e-commerce performance tracker) where over 6 months I worked closely with my colleague to ensure 36 markets and over 400 retailers were onboarded to the tool. I then become the Project Manager of the tool and ensured a successful activation through communication and effectively managing multiple accounts.• Worked closely with my line manager each month to create and present 22 sessions to managing directors around the globe to provide regular digital performance updates. Markets included: New Zealand, US, France, Japan etc. • Successful launched NPD across third-party retailers. I worked closely with our in-house creative team and production team to ensure all 15 markets and their retailers met their given deadline.• Took on the lead role of the eBay redesign project launched by Dyson. I worked closely with external and internal stakeholders to prioritise tasks and ensure a clear process was in place before communicating this to markets.

Reviewed their current strategy and presented a revised one to each member and helped integrate, overall increasing following and engagement across their platforms.• Liaised with the graphic designer and their PR team to create an advert for an upcoming product. Helped design the artwork and text then launched the advert on their email marketing tool: Mailchimp, reaching a vast number of their clients.
