After experiencing the sudden loss of her spouse to a heart attack, Eloise decided to join forces with Karine Nissim, co-founder of DogVacay who also lost her spouse unexpectedly in a boating accident. Together their mission is to build the go-to platform for when life hits you hard and unexpectedly. DayNew helps people through loss of a loved one, divorce and illness by providing a customized roadmap for post-traumatic growth (PTG). Post-traumatic growth (PTG) enables one to live a life of purpose and appreciation following a sudden trauma. By answering a few questions, our proprietary technology and research will generate a customized roadmap to help you measure your success and to build new days filled with all the things you need: organizational structure, emotional support and community. Prior to founding camping start-up, Tentrr with her late husband, Eloise was the Founder and CEO of Handwriting.io where she guided the company through groundbreaking development of her handwriting replication software, four US and international software patents, product development, as well as B2B and B2B2C sales and operations. Handwriting.io was acquired in 2018. When Eloise is not building companies, she enjoys advising start-up founders, sailing, gardening, cooking, entertaining and raising her twin girls (6) in Westport, CT.
