I am a CSR professional with nearly 20 years experience in the public, private and NFP sectors. I have had a diverse career across a variety of professional sectors including CSR, legal, qualitative research, journalism/TV presenting and film producing. I have extensive experience as volunteer board member of NFPs in the arts, culture and education sectors.My career is driven by my fundamental belief in social justice for Indigenous and other marginalised and disadvantaged peoples and environmental sustainability. I'm interested in promotion of an evidence-based approach to Indigenous policy development and an ethical approach to representation of Indigenous people and other minorities in media industries.I completed a combined Bachelor of Arts (political science major) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of New South Wales in 2005. I had a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 78.15 (Distinction) in my LLB. I was recognised on the Dean's List for graduating in the top 10% of my year and was awarded the NSW Justices' Association Limited Prize for first place in Administrative Law, a core LLB subject.
