Under Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & HR Governance Unit - Execute end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments and branches nationwide- Handles Company’s succession planning and talent management functions - Conduct new staff briefing and onboarding- Liaise with hiring managers on job requisitions, job requirements for effective candidate sourcing- Involved in Company's staff annual performance appraisal exercise- Execute staff requisition and staff promotion exercise- Prepare reports for HOD, Management, BOD and Group- Generate statistics (staff strength, attrition rate, etc) on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Handles employee relations (internal staff transfers, employee referral programs, etc)- Conducts employee off boarding and exit interviews- Other ad-hoc matters related to staff strength, employee relations, D.Is- Develop employer branding initiatives which includes participating in career fairs and collaboration with other career partners

Under Staff Training, Development and Special Projects section.- Coordinate staff internal/external training courses- Generate monthly reports and statistics for BOD- Oversees staff training records for audit purposes- Ensure staff’s license requirements are met for renewal (FIMM, CMSRL)- Event planning and resourcing on special projects for staff engagement (Annual dinner, Staff gatherings, Teambuilding)- Plan and implement new programmes that are aimed on staff welfare / rewards to promote staff retention- Maintenance of company’s intranetNotable projects executed+ Staff Social Gathering (HQ level)+ Staff Intranet major revamp+ Company visitor registration & health declaration via scanning of QR code (COVID-19 initiative)+ Staff Training Management System enhancements and UATs
