I spent nearly 20 years at the helm of a branding company that I founded. We produced some amazing branding programs and materials for companies, law firms and schools. I have a new company, Ravir, to focus on brand experience with a particular focus on developing relationships that drive new business.  Whether it is helping a woman entrepreneur launch a consulting firm, a law firm expand in a sector or just a restaurant wanting a frank review of what it is like to be one of their diners, I can help. I am at a point in my career where I can assess a brand swiftly and give smart actionable steps to take. And as important, I am not afraid of the politics or bullies in any organization. I am just focused on creating brands that truly delight.  When not working, I focus on family, cooking and adventure travel. Top destinations to date have been hiking in Tibet, exploring the jungles of Madagascar and kayaking in Antarctica. I have 53 countries under my belt and can't wait to add some more. My heart also lies in helping non-profit organizations that address poverty, racism and social injustice.
