Sr. Human Capital Generalist
Current• Consult with employees and leaders on performance management, communication, conflict management and change management.• Conduct formal and informal investigations regarding employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including employment law• Coordinate the exit interview process for assigned teams, including analyzing, identifying employee retention issues, and reporting on trends• Consult with management team on the annual performance appraisal process to ensure compliance with Human Capital protocols
