As a Creative Director for IEL, ICF certified Wayfinder Life Coach, and Character Designer in animation, I weave my professional art and design background with holistic healing to use creativity as a tool for mental and emotional health and personal transformation.I help anxious teens and self-doubting creatives work through trauma and mental blockages to bring their visions to life. Through my unique Inner Team Building method, I guide clients through intuitive art and visualization exercises to befriend and balance different parts of the brain. My holistic trauma informed approach encourages emotional balance, builds confidence, and teaches how to accept our whole selves so we can accept others. After graduating UCLA with a Design Media Arts degree, I gained over a decade of professional entertainment industry experience as a Character Designer with studios like Warner Brothers, Fox and Rick and Morty. Following my father’s death in 2015, I was diagnosed bipolar and became passionate about mental health and learning how to cope with life transitions such as grief. Now as a Creative Director for Immersive Enterprise Laboratories, certified Life Coach, Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Reiki Healer, I am determined to combine my art and healing experience to help others find safe inner space and build the resilience to cope with our ever changing world.
