Responsibilities:• Adminstrative responsable of Jaraguá do Sul branch unit;• Lead and adequation of inspection renovation process of sanitary license (ANVISA, Fire department and state organization);• Coordination of service routine in loco and at home;• Assistance and support to the customer;• Management of routine: team roster, cash flow, control and maintenance of stock, preventive/corrective maintenance of equipment; • Organization and logistic plan of vaccination flu campaign in many cities and states of Brazil.Results and projects developed:• Participation in the plan and organization of Flu Campaign Vaccination of 2020 and 2021, being the record of vaccination applied (150 thousand vaccines/year);• Implementation and evaluation of indicator and dashboard for assessment of process.

Responsibilities:• Extraction and purification of biotechnologies actives from natural resources; • Characterization of new biomolecules and biopolymers by analytical methodologies (chromatographic, spectroscopy and titrimetric techniques: NMR, FTIR, RAMAN, HPSEC, GC-MS, SEM, TGA and EDS);• Isolation, cultivation, maintenance and characterization of animal cells by Flow Cytometry; • Development of new bio product for health field application; • Realization of in vitro test in order to evaluate the stability, cytotoxicity, viability and potential for new proprietary active; • Bibliographic research, elaboration and review of scientific articles and projects to submit in scientific papers and organization funds (Ethical Committee/CONEP, CNPq, CAPES and others);• Instruction on the discipline “Laboratory Practices in Biochemistry” (1st semester).

• Participation on the project to develop a Multitest Kit for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis, Chagas disease and HTLV diagnostic;• Antigen and recombinant antibody development and analysis by the bead coupling technique;• Expression analysis of the recombinant proteins by the Liquid Microarray technological platform, in order to verify the sensibility and the specificity for pathogen identification, quantification and typing.
