Designed and implemented programming for VisionForward, a national coalition of groups committed to advancing gender equity. Responsible for planning and implementation of large-scale national events (both in-person and virtual), volunteer management, strategic media and stakeholder communications, and program design and assessment.

Ran national programming around the centennial celebration of women's suffrage. Highlights include planning and implementation of the national Women's Leadership Forums, SHE Leads Road Rally, City of Sisterly Love Festival, and 2021 Toast to Tenacity. Designed and implemented a national voter engagement campaign for the 2020 election, including recruitment and support for organizations and volunteers across the country to form nonpartisan voting teams.

Led Pennsylvania's largest Independent Expenditure field program during the 2018 election, overseeing 10 regional offices, 35 full-time staff and well over 100 part-time employees. Worked closely with progressive coalition partners to coordinate a statewide strategy.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Managed content creation, execution, and quality control for statewide training program. Designed and implemented training curriculum through a combination of in-person all-staff trainings and weekly online training modules.

Led statewide environmental protection campaigns, including policy advocacy, staff and volunteer management, coalition building, training, development, and strategic planning. Managed a team of full-time organizers in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, recruited and trained staff, participated in planning and major-donor work, and ran special projects and campaigns across the state.

Oversaw state and federal advocacy campaigns around fighting climate change, worked within statewide coalitions, drafted and successfully advocated for environmental legislation, recruited and managed interns and volunteers.

Ran the Southeast Pennsylvania FFPI voter-contact office during the 2016 election, overseeing approximately 50 staff. Was bottom line on recruitment, training, budgeting, and team management. Office over-performed projections and knocked on nearly 100,000 doors.Previously, served as second-in-command in 2014 North Carolina voter-registration office, exceeding goals and helping over 20,000 voters from historically underrepresented communities register to vote.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Ran campaign offices in partnership with PennEnvironment and PennPIRG, working to protect clean water, stop the overuse of antibiotics, ban bee-killing pesticides, and more. Oversaw a team of over 50 staff to beat the all-time Philadelphia fundraising record, leading the year's largest FFPI office in the nation. Previously served as the Recruitment Director and Lead Assistant Director in multiple successful field offices across Pennsylvania.

As Swarthmore College's Forum for Free Speech Director, facilitated weekly committee meetings, managed the organization's public relations on campus, and oversaw the budget and requisitions for a substantial funding body dedicated to fostering free speech and open dialogue.

As Cabrillo College's Inter-Club Council Chair, oversaw all chartered club activities for a campus of over 17,000 students, organized and facilitated weekly Inter-Club Council meetings attended by 20-25 club representatives, and was responsible for Inter-Club Council parliamentary procedure, Brown Act compliance, financial requisitions, public relations and budgeting.
