-Leading the internationalization process of the architecture company-Preparation of graphs, reports, tables and projects presentations to show the evolution of the company Balam Consultores at an international level.-Planning the team work, identifying priority activities and assignments in order to allocate the amount of time and resources according the targeted country.-Leading the team to develop infrastructure projects in areas with a remarkable wealth oflandscape.-Leading infrastructure projects with the aim of minimizing the landscape impact. I was involved in the topographic survey, cartography study and analysis impacts. Use of GIS software to this methodology with the aim of analyze the impact of the infrastructures and minimize the problems.-Holding meetings with local and regional public administration and providing them the information related to the project evolution as well as the results of the citizen participation strategies.-Commercial establishments: In charge of interior design and checking accomplishment of law/technical building code for startup operating licenses.-Single family houses: I am in charge to design the plans, sections and 3D drawings in order that clients understand and participate actively in developing the ideas of the projects.

-School project Special Education Centre (SEC) Sebastián Burgos in Valencia (for disabled children): in charge of construction follow-up and monitoring; part of the team drafting and carrying out the project; preparing graphs, reports and tables to explain the project evolution.-Restoration of historical buildings: defensive towers, castles, catalogued buildings and ruins.-Recovery of religious and cultural centers: searching and identifying structural problems and pathologies of the roof of the Pilar church (Valencia).-Rural strategies, research for urban strategies, landscape program, urban program of the new industrial area of Cinctorres (Castellon).-Infrastructure projects: I scheduled meetings in order to gather the main proposals of the politicians of the cities; I drew up several 3D sketches and showed them to the politicians; once they understood the project, I drew the plans, sections and 3D drawings of the project; moreover, I participated in the drawing up of budgets, and tender documents.

Introduction to restoration and architectural heritage projects:-Preparing graphs, curves, and tables to explain the Morella defensive towers/walls/castle history.-Performing drafting and minor detail designs of the Font Vella tower, Redonda tower and west defensive wall in Morella. -Recording factual data of the pathologies found in the projects mentioned above plus the only church in the town of Fredes (Castellón).-Preparing 3D drawings and reports with the following tools: CAD software and Sketchup.Introduction to school projects:-Making reports on the plot where the school was going to be built. -Making plans, sections and 3D drawings of the following schools: Secondary School in Sagunto, Primary school and nursery Nuevo 102 in Valencia

Participation in the project for the "Coke City" Masterplan for the city of Beijing. I participated elaborating the ideas, schemes, 3D and plans of the project. The main idea was to recover the polluted area and create a modern city based on the coke concept.
