I approach each day at work with the drive to serve people to the highest degree of their satisfaction as a human resources professional. Since the day I realized that I could have a meaningful impact on people's lives, service has been my passion. Being a graduate of Psychology from De La Salle University has helped me become more aware of how I approach people. As an aspiring Human Resource professional, I believe that knowing how to approach and adapt to different personalities is an asset that is important to have as a professional in this field, because we are exposed to people of different backgrounds and cultures, and we get to learn from them the same way they get to learn from us. Knowing how to communicate with them properly would give us that head start in establishing meaningful connections.Pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate on Human Resource Management, I want to equip myself with the knowledge of what the HR field can do, the different functions they have, and the impact that they could make to the workforce.
