- Lead and develop the long term Innovation strategy across CEE including preparation and in full execution of rennovation and innovation ideas. Drive the way from idea generation, conceptualization, implementation and further tracking on the market through high level of project management. - Managing the full CEE innovation funnel while guiding local markets in creating long term Innovation plans and further on time implementation and execution.- Perform follow-up of launched innovations with the objectives to initiate corrective actions to improve results as well as take learnings

Responsible for brand strategy and activation of teens and kids brands. Managing directly the DZP brand strategy and activation as:- Mrkt plan and strategy development and implementation- New product launches – complete all stages from defining the need to launch the product ( DZP Bubble it)- Constant engagement with ATL and Digital agencies for implementing the brand strategy in extraordinary platform – TVC preparation, OOH, activation in social media.- Internal and external researches- Leadership of various projects - Follow-up of sales KPIsDanonino & Disney-Working on zone level for adaptation and implementation of global brand activation-Design and re-design based on on-going promotions.
