Business Development | Account Manager | Customer Relationship Manager

Includes facilitating partnerships, improving CRM systems, and creating compelling marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:■ Prospect new business via diverse platforms, identify decision-makers, and introduce Bagnalls effectively.■ Compile and manage a comprehensive database of leads, accounts, and notes from interactions.■ Develop relationships with influential decision-makers to facilitate future business opportunities.■ Serve as a key liaison between clients, potential accounts, and our surveying/management teams.■ Manage a pipeline of regional and national accounts, oversee tenders, enhance bid submissions, and ensure effective feedback mechanisms.■ Undertake custom analysis of customer data to target similar customer types at optimal times.■ Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and submit high-quality bids within tight deadlines.■ Coordinate CPD learning sessions at surveying practices, in collaboration with suppliers, to enhance Bagnalls' brand value.■ Create various marketing materials to bolster the company's reputation and brand.■ Drive business-enhancing practices, including the presentation of polished quotations, case studies and published articles in industry literature.Other Responsibilities:■ Facilitate apprentice partnership meetings between Greenwich University and Bagnalls.■ Analyse Bagnalls' CRM for enhancements and contribute to the 2023 CRM software transition.■ Research regional sustainability activities, interview supply chain providers and stakeholders, and present potential action points to management.
