About Elridge Schwartz

Before joining the corporate world I travelled with a music, drama and dance group throughout South Africa, parts Namibia, the east coast of the USA and the southern regions of Germany. My travels exposed me to a large variety of culture- and people groups, an experience which provided me with an ability to better relate with people at their level of engagement, both socially or in business. On my return to South Africa - armed with a wealth of interpersonal and cross-cultural relational skills, ambition, a natural passion for people and a gift communication - I decided to pursue a profession and career in Cape Town.During my professional career - in the Sales, Marketing and Management space - which now spans well over 10 years, I worked within the Servest Group as well as Bardusch, an International Group specializing in Industrial Laundry processing and I am currently with the Bidvest Laundry Group. Being ever ambitious, I realized that talent alone won't get me to where I wanted to be in my career. I decided to sharpen my education and pursued several qualifications which includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Pending a Technical Exam).
