• Responsible for the account management of Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) which includes manager trading and security and cash transactions on behalf of clients. • Execute Equity, ETF, Fixed Income and Mutual Fund trades with various brokers.• Ensure proper trade settlements at multiple custodians for Equities, ETFs, Fixed Income and Mutual Funds. • Compute, analyze and process routine and complex cash transactions, including ACHs, wires and checks. • Responsible for pricing and transactions posting for Hedge Funds and Private Equities, including Capital Calls, Distributions and Redemptions.• Responsible for processing transactions that occur outside of the company for data aggregation and reporting.• Assist with reporting process.• Review inaugural, monthly and quarterly clients’ statements for accuracy. • Oversee proxy voting process.• Monitor systems and external data interfaces for the accuracy of asset positions, prices, and postings.• Administer the annual Account Reviews by identifying clients’ portfolios that may be out of line with their customized Investment Policy Statements and ensure that clients’ documentation is in compliance with the Company’s and Auditors’ standards. • Train new team members on systems, applications, and procedures to build a reliable team that provides error free services to clients. • Supervise workflow of team members to meet time sensitive deadlines to ensure accurate execution and deliveries according to the industry standards.

Trading and Operations• Create, execute, price and allocate equity and fixed income trades under directions of portfolio managers for Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) and Multiple Strategy Portfolio (MSP) accounts on internal accounting system (APL) and sponsor trading systems for model changes, new account investing, account activity, and account maintenance• Assist portfolio managers with tax, restriction and allocation requests for specific institutional and retail accounts• Perform quality controls for accounts housed on the internal accounting system (APL) and sponsor’s proprietary systems• Assist in training and mentoring of Associates and new employees• Provide operational support to money managers and brokersAccount Administration• Ensure proper settlement for Equity and Fixed Income directed, trade away, and step out trades • Identify and reconcile trade differences by contacting banks, brokers, and trading desks• Prepare new client accounts for traders to fund• Reconciled accounts on monthly basis
