I am the Signal Support Systems Chief for the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade which conducts multi-discipline intelligence collections, analysis, and production in support of Third US Army, CFLCC and CENTCOM; administrates, manages, and secures Local Area Networks Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS); oversees Communications Security (COMSEC) operations; responsible for the health, welfare, and professional development of three Battalion Communication Chiefs, five Noncommissioned Officers and twenty Soldiers

I worked as the Equal Opportunity Program Manager (EOPM) who established and implemented the installation's Equal Opportunity Program for Fort Polk Louisiana that had over nine thousand Soldiers assigned. I assisted the family members of Soldiers with Equal Employment practices and issues. I worked directly with the leadership team providing consultation and advisory services and assistance to commanders to avoid and or correct discrimination as well as unfair equal opportunity practices. I developed and implemented the Fort Polk and (JRTC) Equal Opportunity Action Plan. I helped the Installation Commander with implementing his National Disability Employment Awareness Month Program, and was able to bring in keynote speaker Lieutenant Colonial Gregory Gadson to speak with the Soldiers assigned to the installation. I created a resource DVD "EO Tool Bag" for the installation Commanders and EOLs. I designed a Quarterly Narrative and Statistical Report (QNSR) to help the command track and identify any and all forms of discrimination and sexual harassment trends within the command by involving all appropriate agencies on post (i.e. G1, Provost Marshall, and MP).

I worked as the Fort Gordon Equal Opportunity (EO) Office Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) and Installation Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) who established and implemented the installation EO program. I Identified discriminatory and sexual harassment policies and practices. I recommended appropriate corrective actions, processed complaints, complied statistical data and analyzed trends of discrimination. I assisted with affirmative action's, instructed Equal Opportunity Leaders (EOLC) and Consideration of Others (CO2) Course. I coordinated and planned installation wide ethnic observances. I was responsible for the supervision and training of eight EO Advisors and one EO Specialist. I was selected as the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Equal Opportunity Advisor of the year for the 2009 fiscal year. I volunteered to facilitate the Fort Gordon 2010 Army Family Action Plan Conference which helped to improve the livelihood of all service members, DA Civilians, and Family members.
