I was assigned as the Roving Technician for the clustered maintenance, planning and execution for Cluster 5 (M01, Jintan, NC3, B11, PC4, E11 Hub, Kasawari) from August 2023 to October 2023. During this period, I conducted Preventive Maintenance (PPM) 6M and above as well as Corrective Maintenance (CM) to ensure SCE compliance and asset integrity. I actively participated in various activities such as 1st SPZ Application Training in SKA, led the execution of SPZ Pilot Application Campaign at NC3 (12th June 2023) and presented at SKA OE League @ Making Impossible Possible Awards and Convention (MIPAC) 2023 on 14th September 2023, where I was awarded the 3rd Place. Additionally, I was also responsible for 1st In-House Training in PETRONAS, led the execution of NWoW ProAssure Composite Repair Campaign at NC3 (25th – 27th September 2023). Furthermore, I also supported E11RB manpower as Site Operation Representative (SOR) and Authorised Gas Tester (AGT) throughout E11RB – JERUN Tie-In Campaign (16th August until 30th August 2023). In addition to that, I was also covering for Campaign Supervisor to plan daily work, discussed with site management if shutdown equipment required, update DPR and monitor the progress report, perform DPR planning, and updates WON on Cluster daily activities.

Assigned to M01 Complex, Gas Hub Platform at Bintulu as the HSE Liaison, Record and Data Management (RDM) Focal and Schedule Waste Focal. My responsibilities include performing Preventive Maintenance (PPM) 6M and above and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to ensure SCE compliance and asset integrity. I also assist in developing manual and guidelines for M01 / Jintan Helideck Procedure. During my tenure, I actively participate as RDM Focal and HSE Liaison to achieve various certifications and awards such as Certificate of Safe To Operate (May 2008), ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System (EMS) Certification (Nov 2019), SK Gas Best HSE Facility 2019 (June 2020), Top 10 Winner “Upstream HSSE Recognition Program 2019” for Malaysia Asset Category (June 2020), MSOSH 2019 AWARD (Gold Merit) (August 2020), Operational Excellence Forum (OEFA) 2020 Award – (HSSE Category) (October 2020) and SK Gas Best HSE Facility 2020 (Jan 2021).

Attached to MLNG Tiga for Gas Network Familiarization and Preventive Maintenance Planning and Execution for 6 months. During this period, I have been leading newly recruited PCSB staff attached to MLNG Tiga, Bintulu and have been involved in assisting Major Turn Around. My primary responsibilities include servicing 33KV Transformer, repair and service 3 Phase UPS and servicing and maintaining GE FR-7EA gas turbine compressor. I have taken the initiative to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure that all equipment are in excellent condition before any major turnarounds. I have also been providing technical guidance and assistance to the PCSB staff in order to ensure that the tasks are carried out in a timely manner and with the highest quality. I have also been monitoring the operation of the gas network, identifying any possible issues or abnormalities, and providing solutions in order to maintain optimal performance. Furthermore, I have been conducting periodic inspections in order to ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to and to identify any potential areas of improvement.
