Senior Onsite Support Analyst
Current- Dedicated onsite support Agio consultant assigned to Capital Integrated Systems full time.Provide a white-glove service to CAIS employees in a fast paced, growing fintech cloud basedenvironment and serve as a liaison.
- Serving as the primary liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring project expectations are consistently met by the vendor. Acting as the main point of contact for over 350 onsite employees, including C-level.
- Onsite lead for multiple projects, including the firmwide rollout of Microsoft Intune to PC and Mac laptops, ensuring the enforcement of device policies, and the deployment of Zscaler.
- Ensure project engineers implement solutions in alignment with client expectations. Responsible for defining, documenting, and executing end-user onboarding and offboarding procedures, while providing white-glove.
- Serving as a team lead and overseeing the recruitment of new talent.
