Large experience in digital product management for innovative international products deployed on multiple devices (web, mobiles, TVs…)• Understand, collect and combine user, business, marketing, technical needs• Define the product vision, roadmap and KPIs to follow in collaboration with other teams• Be the guarant of the product strategy and quality• Conceive and animate methodologies and creative studies mobilising ressources of the service design, in order to validate with users, opportunities, needs or functions (user tests, MVP definition, co-conception workshop...)• Be focused on user problems or needs to offer the best user experience, to make the product relevant and performant and to identify functional evolutions : qualitative analysis (user testing, interviews…) and quantitative analysis (data analysis)• Conceive UX and functional design (wireframes, prototypes) for clients or final users• Conceive User stories, ensure a prioritized backlog and define sprints in collaboration with dev team, identify all impacts, technical constraints and tasks for the stakeholders (fronts / API / BO / Database / Legal…), with a guarantee of a cross device consistency• Lead product development with UI/UX design, development and QA teams to meet deadlines, insure delivery in an agile model playing with technical, go-to-market constraints and quality• Prepare, coordinate, participate actively to acceptance tests and deliveries• Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders of the project: internals (Business, Project managers, Designers, Engineers, Architects, Testers, Marketing, Supply chain, Editorial, Legal, Licensing, BI team...) and externals (partners, service providers…)• Benchmark competitive digital and emerging services, UX new tendencies, technological innovations
