After finishing my first year of a Bachelor's degree in life sciences with a health option, I decided to reorient myself towards the sustainable agriculture and agri-food sector. I chose to enrol in a Bachelor's degree in sustainable agronomic and agri-food sciences at the Purpan engineering school.During my university studies, I had the opportunity to do two internships abroad, one in Scotland and the other in Ireland. These experiences allowed me to improve my English skills and to validate my TOEIC. In my final year at Purpan, I opted for a sandwich course in food production and supply chain.My apprenticeship as a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) manager, as well as my courses, enabled me to acquire additional skills in project management, logistics and regulatory compliance.Through my experience and coursework, I have gained skills in data analysis, food quality management, new product development, marketing and communication. I also developed skills in project management, problem solving, supply chain management and team collaboration. My sandwich course gave me practical skills in risk and cost management, as well as negotiating with suppliers and customers.After obtaining my bachelor's degree at Purpan, I intend to continue my professional development in the wine industry by pursuing a master's degree in work-study.
